Having worked as a Counsellor for a number of years, I really believe in both the changes that Counselling can make, as well as the potential and ability that we all have within ourselves for growth and change.
Being able to talk openly to someone else in a confidential and accepting setting can be helpful in itself. It can also help in gaining understanding, getting to the root of your problem and helping you to make the changes you wish.
